2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate DipHunter.

Account Data

• Email address
• Firebase user identifier
• Authentication provider metadata
• RevenueCat application user identifier (used to link your subscription state)

App Usage Data

• Watchlist symbols
• Simulation wallet entries (symbol, quantity, reference buy price, notes)
• Signal preferences (sensitivity level, market mode, signal type)
• Subscription status and entitlement state
• Basic app events required for product operation

Device and Technical Data

• Device identifiers provided by platform services
• Push notification token (FCM/APNs)
• Crash diagnostics and error logs (if enabled)

Payment Data

• We do not store raw card details.
• Subscription and purchase events are handled through Apple/Google stores and RevenueCat.

Cached Data

• Current market prices may be temporarily cached on our servers to improve performance. Cached prices are not associated with your account and expire automatically.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Provide core app features (signals, watchlist, simulation wallet, notifications)
• Determine feature access by subscription tier
• Deliver push notifications matching your signal preferences
• Compute simulation wallet portfolio value and unrealized profit/loss metrics
• Troubleshoot reliability and security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal Basis

Depending on your region, processing is based on: contract performance, legitimate interests (security, reliability, fraud prevention), consent (where required), and legal compliance.

5. Data Sharing

We may share data with service providers strictly needed for operations:

• Firebase (authentication, messaging, analytics/crash signals if enabled)
• RevenueCat (subscription state and entitlement processing)
• Binance (market data retrieval — no account data is sent)
• Cloud hosting, logging, and monitoring providers

We may also disclose data when legally required.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for active account operation, legal/accounting obligations, and security investigation. Cached market prices are retained for a maximum of 5 minutes. When retention is no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including transport encryption in transit, access controls, and secret management practices. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously improve controls.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account and associated data by:

• In-app: Settings → Delete account
• API: DELETE /api/v1/users/me with your Firebase token

If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first. Deleting your account does not cancel store billing. For help, email support@nexsolid.com.

9. Children

DipHunter is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We apply reasonable safeguards for cross-border transfers where required by law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
